Dear Liebe

Well once again i have bad news, good news, and of
course, DOG NEWS.

1. bad news. I learned that chief and briggie will
not be bringing me to ABQ in March. Something about
smuggling me on plane, or building a "service dog"
harness.

2. more bad news. They are not taking me to "Prancin
on the Prairie" family reunion in Red Lodge. This
time they are afraid I will fry in the car, or get
spitted on a cactus or make trouble in the trailer
park.

3. GOOOD NEWS. During both these times, its looking
like I will get to guard Mack and Nancy's house again.
They feed me just great, have all their squirrels and
other critters fenced in, and have time for toys and
dog wrasslin.

any more, chief and briggie dont have much time for
me. almost every night they play these same two
songs "almost persuaded" or "you beautiful in my eyes"
and dance in dining room. The first few times I could
almost cry, but now it's gettin old. I will be glad
when they do their Party Demo gig next friday and
move on to other songs.

4. DOG NEWS: Raccoons are back! last night I woke
chief twice, but he just looked and wouldnt let me
loose to chase and fight and tree em. I think he's
not really wanting to shoot at them, now that we have
no chickens.

5. Briggie going to Snohomish tomorrow, so I have
chief all to myself this weekend. Hopefully we will
camp in trailer and try out new heater. Last evening
I helped him hook up a new CD player, but Briggie says
it doesnt show the time so she will take it
back....Them little wires are sure hard to chew the
insulation off and get it just right.
